Fun and friendly hour with soft balls and mini nets. In this class we are focusing on creating early muscle memory, coordination, motor skills, learning basic positions and correct grip handle. We understand that children in such a early age need to develop a positive relationship towards the sport so many games and team oriented exercises are conducted in this program.
The Tennis Little Players program offers young children a fun and engaging introduction to the sport, emphasizing fundamental skills and coordination in a supportive environment. Through tailored activities and games, kids develop a love for tennis while building confidence and social skills on the court.
FFT Sports certified trainers run ground strokes exercises until our players can execute them routinely. We make sure that players in this group consistently practice serving and game play. Quick movements, dynamic footwork and ability to maintain base line rallies are large part of this program. This is FFT's most popular program.
Our advanced tournament players consult every aspect of their game with our trainers. Training sessions are intense with focusing on match strategy, physical preparation and mental game. Players need to reach a certain level to be invited for this group, Dynamic warm ups and daily training is essential for our tournament players. Players in this group play competitive practice matches with each other.
Competitive players (15%) highly structured training system including individual schedule, large # of hours, sparing matches, tournaments support, conditioning (eastern euroepan style of training) Fewer players on the court to experience faster progress rather than focusing on profits from large groups.
