Statistics collection B) CONSENT/CHOICE STATEMENT First Fit Training does not sell or rent personal information collected from you to third parties. You explicitly specifically consent to First Fit Training and its authorized representatives to use the data for the purposes mentioned in paragraph I above. You acknowledge that your personal information may be transmitted and used/processed by First Fit Training and its authorized representatives entities outside of your home country/jurisdiction and explicitly specifically consent that your personal information can be transmitted stored and processed in such third countries for the purposes specified in paragraph I above. C) DATA QUALITY AND SECURITY STATEMENT First Fit Training uses security measures in order to protect the data we have under our control against manipulation, loss, destruction, access by unauthorized persons, misuse, alteration or against unauthorized disclosure. You take on the personal responsibility of ensuring that your password is kept confidential. First Fit Training will not be liable for the manipulation, loss, destruction, unauthorized access, misuse, alteration, or unauthorized disclosure of your personal information due to negligence or failure on your part to ensure the confidentiality of your password. Our security procedures are continually enhanced as new technology becomes available. First Fit Training does not sell or rent personal information collected from you to any third parties. We would like to use your data for the purposes specified above. Naturally your participation in such collection of personal information for the specified purpose is voluntary. Should you not consent, you can inform us at any time, so that we can prohibit the use of your data accordingly. Should there be data incorrect in spite of our efforts for accuracy and timelines, we will correct that information at your request. I, being the parent/guardian of the aforementioned student(s). I acknowledge that the above information is factually correct. I therefore agree to them participating in the activities of First Fit Training held on all locations, and the use of all our sports equipment. I agree that I will not hold the Coaches of the Academy or the site liable for any losses, liabilities and damages, injury or death suffered or incurred by my child whilst taking part in any of the activities run by First Fit Training. First Fit Training MEDIA CONSENT * Photographs and / or videos may be taken of my child taking part in sporting activities for promotion of the club and displayed on the website, social media, press releases, articles, and in newsletters in accordance with child safeguarding guidelines.
Refund Policy and missed classes: *
Missed Classes If you or your child miss any class during the term, FFT doesn’t launch any make up classes nor deduct it from ongoing nor upcoming term payment. You child may join other ongoing classes during the same term either on different day and/or with different coach. Please note that this must be approved by your current coach as he/she must recognize whether your child has a suitable level/age for such a class and he/she must also assess the availability. In case of full capacity your child may do the make up in a different sport activity class as we don’t want you to lose classes which you paid for. (in such a case please contact me). If you let us know that you will be absent (exact dates required) prior the payment, missed classes will be deducted from the total. Thank you. Refunds Fees are non-refundable unless it is due to extenuating circumstances that is medically related. Each case will be assessed on its merit with the provision of the necessary documentation. An administration fee of QAR 250 may be applicable. Refunds will be processed within 3 weeks from the date of approval. First Fit Training Management reserves the right to decides whether the refund will be provided or not. In case a child doesn’t fit in class, different sport class may be offered as a compensation for the paid credit.
